• Apply paragraph and character tags (styles) directly from catalogs in regular FrameMaker.
• Insert, change, and wrap elements directly from a catalog in Structured FrameMaker.
• Track Text Edits. With Track Text Edits, added/deleted text is highlighted for visual distinction. Navigate through edited text and accept or reject specific changes. Previews let you see original or final states. Changed information is preserved in XML roundtrip.

• Use FrameMaker's built in WebDAV feature to store, check in/out files, and allow for a collaborative work environment.
• Or add XMP information to your files to allow for more effective management of files by your existing document management system.
